For your safety we have two outdoor cameras are monitoring the property. One camera is positioned to monitor the front door and the second camera covers the backyard, patio, and back door. No cameras are inside the property.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
